Head Chef Rupert is off to explore the south Americas over the winter for a well deserved break – no doubt also picking up culinary inspiration for next season.
Head of pastry Christina is heading to Galicia to investigate heritage baking techniques and Chef Ian will be hitting the far east and a whole new culinary culture!
